Payge products are available exclusively through distributors of promotional products. Please contact your local source for promotional products, or email us and we will forward your request to an authorized distributor in your area.

Prices ... are all taxes extra, F.O.B. Montreal, Quebec and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery ... Normal delivery is 8 working days from approval of artwork (excluding custom products). Distributor assumes responsibility of shipment once it leaves our factory. The shipment will not be insured unless the distributor request it. We will ship direct under your label providing addressed shipping labels are furnished with your order.

Terms... Upon establishing an account with us terms are net 30 days.
Claims... Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Over / under runs... Plus or minus 5% shall constitute fulfillment of an order,
Change or cancellation ... You will be invoiced for all work completed up to date of change or cancellation.
Unprinted items... Use highest quantity price.

All artwork is to be sent by e-mail at info@payge.com as per our specifications. All other forms of artwork will result in a minimum $25.00 logo charge.
REPEAT SET-UP CHARGE: In order to qualify for the exact repeat set-up charge, your order must be received within two years of your last order. Any change in artwork will not qualify as repeat and will be charged with an original set-up charge.
PMS MATCHES: We will be happy to do a pms match at no extra charge whenever possible (pms match are possible on most product).
PAPER PROOF: If requested, we will fax a free paper proof. |
BEFORE SENDING YOUR ORDER PLEASE:
A) In addition to emailing your artwork, please be sure to fax a hardcopy with your purchase order so we can make sure your artwork has been correctly received.
B) Photocopies, business cards, letterheads, etc. are inadequate and will incur artwork charges.
C) Check that product number, quantity, imprint colour and product colour are clearly indicated.
D) Check that desired shipping date and shipping instructions are clearly indicated.
E) Check that for multiple colour imprints, you have furnished good quality colour separations.
